Specially formulated with an ultra fast dry time. Dries in as little as 15 minutes. Can be installed from a feather edge to 5 In. depth. No primers or additives needed, just mix with water. Recommended mixing ratio is 2 parts powder to 1 part water (by volume). For the entire bag, mix 1.75 quarts of water with the 7 Lb. bag.
